After analysis understand that purchase requisitions are generated as external procurement instead of stock transfer type. This is due to missing of special procurement key in the material master. Advised to maintain the special procurement key and re-ran the MRP.

Resolution

---

Material master is changed with suitable special procurement key and re-ran the MRP.
After MRP new STO purchase requisitions are created and converted these requisitions to STO.
